Sean Harvey, M.B.A., LL.B
Mr. Harvey has a depth of experience in the mining industry having spent 10 years in investment and merchant banking primarily focused on the mining sector. More recently he has held senior executive and Board positions with a number of mining companies, including Victoria Gold Corp., TVX Gold Inc., Atlantico Gold Inc. and Orvana Minerals Corp. Mr. Harvey also serves as a director of Perseus Mining Ltd., Serabi Gold Plc. and Sarama Resources Ltd. Mr. Harvey has an M.B.A in Finance and an LL.B specializing in tax and corporate law.
