Tara Christie, M.Sc., P.Eng

President & CEO

Ms. Christie has over 20 years’ experience in the exploration and mining business. She is currently the President of KECM Services, a Yukon based consulting company, and has been President of privately owned Gimlex Gold Mines Ltd. (2006-2016), one the Yukon's largest placer mining operations. She has been a member of the Board of Directors of Constantine Metal Resources Ltd since July 2006. Ms. Christie is also a board member of PDAC and was a founding board member of the Yukon Environmental and Socio-Economic Assessment Board (2004-2016). Ms. Christie has B.Sc. and M.Sc. Degrees from the University of British Columbia and is a registered professional engineer in BC and Yukon.


David Rutt, CMA, CPA

CFO

Mr. Rutt is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA CMA) in Alberta and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor. He has been a management consultant since September 2006 with a focus on senior management financial roles in private and public companies. During this time he has brought four companies public onto the Venture Exchange while holding the positions of President and/or Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his roles with Banyan Gold, Mr. Rutt is Chief Financial Officer of Stratus Aeronautics a private company developing unmanned aerial vehicles. Between October 2002 and March 2010, Mr. Rutt was the Secretary-Treasurer of Landis Energy. Between April 2009 and March 2010 he was the Chief Financial Officer of Landis Energy until it was sold.


Paul Gray, P.Geo

V.P. Exploration

Mr. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from Dalhousie University and is a member in good standing with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Gray is also the Principal of Paul D. Gray Geological Consultants, and handles Northern Canada exploration projects from the permitting through execution. Mr. Gray has worked extensively as an exploration geologist in the Mineral Exploration Industry in Canada, the United States, Asia and Central and South America for the past 17 years, concentrating on precious metals, base metals and uranium exploration and development. Mr. Gray has been working in the Yukon and North West Territories with advanced gold exploration projects since 2004.
